About Me
I am Managing Partner, North America, co-leading DHR Global’s Nonprofit Executive Search Practice where I help nonprofit organizations to secure exceptional senior leaders.
My non-profit career began in 2001 when I volunteered in Ground Zero’s respite centers, and later became a case manager for September 11th victims families. My desire to serve has taken me on an amazing journey through positions in major gift fundraising and into nonprofit leadership. I bring this first-hand knowledge of the nonprofit space – from my days working one-on-one with victims of trauma, to my days raising funds from ultra-high networth individuals around the globe – to every day of my work.
Today, I lead a socially-conscious retained executive search practice for nonprofit organizations that is founded on the principles of equality and inclusion. I work with nonprofit CEOs and search committees to develop creative approaches to their search needs, and place leaders who deliver results. I run a high-touch boutique practice within a global firm that offers the resources of a large company.
My clients work across the nonprofit spectrum — from women’s rights and girls empowerment, to health research, human service, advocacy, social justice, education, conservation and youth development.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts, Political Science from Bryn Mawr College. In my spare time, I volunteer for women running for public office, and with American Corporate Partners, coaching veterans who are seeking professional roles in the civilian world. I am a runner, hiker and mom who dreams of solo hiking the Pacific Crest Trail.
I work with mission-driven clients around the globe and am based in DHR Global’s New York City office.
